IHACPA website research - Expression of interest

Overview

The Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA) is working with Digital Garden to review and improve the IHACPA website.

As part of this work, we want to hear from people from across the health and aged care sectors to better understand how they use our information, what they need from the website and where their experience could be improved.

What’s involved

We invite you to take part in a 45–60 minute online research session.

The session will involve a conversation about your experience and, where relevant, some simple activities using the current IHACPA website. There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in understanding your perspective and how you naturally find and use information.

Digital Garden will facilitate the session and will contact selected participants directly to arrange a suitable time and provide further details. It is expected that the session will be scheduled between 31 August and 11 September 2026
